However, the previous design suffered from usability challenges, complex navigation, and security concerns. The objective of the redesign was to improve the user experience, enhance efficiency, and create a seamless digital platform for officers and administrators.

Complex Navigation Structure: The existing system lacked a clear hierarchy, making it difficult for users to find key features like Bandobast Duty assignment and leave management.

Unintuitive User Flow: Officers and administrators faced unnecessary steps in workflows, causing delays in duty assignments and approvals.

Outdated UI Components: The system had an outdated interface that was not optimized for modern usability standards.

Security Concerns: Lack of role-based access control and data encryption created security vulnerabilities.

Slow Performance: The platform suffered from slow load times due to unoptimized code and backend inefficiencies.
